Drop-in Tours

Come alone or bring friends and family!

dropintours658Free, daily drop-in tours are available with museum admission. Tour topics change seasonally and with new exhibitions, no two tours are ever exactly alike. Groups meet near the sign outside of the CMOA gift shop. ASL interpretation is provided the first Sunday of each month.

Tour Carnegie Museum of Art’s world-class collection of prints from this period, on view for the first time in decades! This rare experience spans two centuries of printmaking, from the masterful innovations of Albrecht Dürer and Rembrandt in 16th- and 17th-century Northern Europe to the fantastical prints of Canaletto, Tiepolo, and Piranesi in 18th-century Italy. No two tours are the same, and all ages are welcome.

Tour Carnegie Museum of Art’s world-class collection of prints from this period, on view for the first time in decades! Then see an exciting showcase of forensic analysis of paintings in the museum’s collection. No two tours are the same, and all ages are welcome.
