HANDS-ON ALUMINUM
Stop by the Hall of Sculpture for some hands-on fun exploring the properties and processes of aluminum. Discover for yourself how lightweight and flexible it really is; compare the feel of extruded, cast, and sheet aluminum; and have a look at the raw materials that result in the spectacular objects in the exhibition. Add your mark to our embossed aluminum mural project and try your hand at pattern design with colorful anodized shapes. Enjoy videos, books, and demonstrations of Aibo, the robotic dog with aluminum parts.
