Guided Tours
Docent-guided tours at Carnegie Museums of Art and Natural History encourage interactive exploration of art and natural history topics for every age. Teacher guides with pre- and post-visit information are available for some tours. All tours are designed to address current Pennsylvania Academic Standards.

- Must be booked at least four weeks in advance.
- Must be prepaid in full two weeks prior to visit using one form of payment.
- Changes in attendance must be made at least three business days in advance for group to receive a refund.
- Additional adults beyond the required chaperones (see below) pay the student rate.

On-Own Visits
- $9 per student admission.
- Must be booked at least one week in advance.
- Must be paid in full at time of admission using one form of payment.
- Changes may be made in attendance until time of check-in.
Required Chaperones

| Scouts | One adult for every five scouts |
| College Groups | One faculty/staff member for a group of 10 students. For groups of more than 10 students, all accompanying faculty or staff admitted free. |

When booking your tour, please have the following information with you:- Group Name
- Group Leader Name
- Address
- Phone/Email/Fax
- Number attending
- Preferred tour date (please have a first and second choice)
- Preferred tour time (please have a first and second choice)
- Type of tour desired
- If anyone in your group has special needs, please let us know in advance.
If you are booking for a school group, please have the following information:
- Age of children
- Number of chaperones attending
- County and school district
