If you are a middle
or high school student who has viewed the 1999 Carnegie
International, we invite you to submit your written responses to
the exhibition. Use your E-Journal submission to share your
impressions of the exhibition, to talk about the CI:99/00 artworks
that interest you most and why, or to respond to the thoughts of other
students or ask questions of them initiating a virtual discussion.
If you are a middle
or high school teacher, use the E-Journal
lesson plan in the Teacher Resources
Notebook to present this project to your class.
Pages may be as
large as 480 pixels in width and may be sent as an html or
MSWord document. If you would like a picture from the website on your
page, include instructions with your submission about the position of the
picture. The Carnegie Museum of Art will insert the picture. You may
choose no more than two pictures per page. E-mail your pages to ejournals@carnegiemuseums.org .
The Carnegie Museum
of Art will post a selection of pages within two weeks from date received.
