Delivery
All items will be shipped through UPS or the US Postal Service and delivered within 3 to 4

Returns/Replacements
Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. If the shipping tube or box is
visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail within five days of receipt.
If you are not happy with any item for any reason, return it to us, undamaged, within 30 days of
purchase for a prompt replacement or refund.
International Orders
We will attempt to honor all international orders. Orders will be insured and shipped via Air Mail
by the US Postal Service and should arrive in 3-5 weeks. An international shipping charge will be
added to your order:
Canada and Mexico add $5 US
All other countries add $10 US
You are responsible for any import
duties.
